Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders require time - depends on the kind of work and the amount ordered.
I reserve the rights for any design and custom changes, as well as for unique designs tailored for specific customers.
That means I can include these products in my inventory and sell them to other buyers.
If you seek exclusivity for a custom design made for you - contact me for fees and terms.
Care instructions
My jewelry and the materials they are made of being very delicate and not meant to be pulled, twisted, rubbed, bathed with, etc.
Please handle them with care and use the gift box for safe storage.
Gift wrapping and packaging

Taxes
On each listing, next to the price, you may see a notice that VAT, GST or local taxes are included.
What does it mean?
When selling or buying internationally, there are taxes involved on both sides: the seller's country and the buyer's country.
The notice next to the price means that all applicable taxes in my own country - are already included in the price, and you will not be asked to pay any additional fees.
In other words: the price you see is final.
However, as a buyer - you may be required to pay import taxes in your own country, e.g. VAT, GST, customs and others.
Please, understand and accept that I can't control your country's import policies.
International shipping options
REGULAR - takes (1-2 weeks) to arrive to most destinations, includes full tracking.
EXPRESS MAIL / EMS - available to most destinations, very fast (5-8 business days), includes full tracking.
FREE SHIPPING - when applies - regular mail. Takes a long time to arrive. When choosing this option you accept that your purchase will take weeks or even months to get to you.
It is registered - but and has limited tracking, if any.
Items shipped using this method will NOT be refunded if lost.
